WHAT SIZE BIN YOU NEED:

If the waste is already in a pile to be loaded, try to estimate the length, width and height of the rubbish to determine the bin size. For example: if the pile of rubbish measures 4m long, 3m wide, and 0.5m high, then you will need a 6m³ (4 x 3 x 0.5) bin.

As a guide, one of the more popular skip bin sizes for household customers is a 4m³ bin, which is equivalent to approximately 6 standard box trailer loads.

SKIP BIN LENGTH OF HIRE

The standard hire period for a skip bin is 7 days, but you can arrange for it to be removed at any time within this period. If you need to extend your hire beyond 7 days(unlimited day hire rate is available) , an additional charge will apply. For early removal within 3 days, a discount will be applied. If your skip bin fills up before your hire term ends and you need a replacement, we offer a convenient service to collect the full bin and deliver a new one in a single visit.

SKIP BIN PLACEMENT

Skip bins must be placed behind the property line. To access the site and unload the bin, our trucks require a driveway or access area that is at least 3 meters wide and 3.8 meters high. If placing the bin behind the property line isn’t feasible, our driver will work with you upon delivery to find an alternative suitable location.
